职位描述：
苏州新区某英国公司汽车行业招聘：
Key Result Areas:
1. Carrying out design and production validation activities;
2. Support R&D by evaluating products and identify product improvements;
3. Support quality for customer concerns;
4. Interpretation of the customer standards/specifications;
5. Report writing and submission of test results;
6. Liaise with the customer for verification of test standards.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
1. A minimum of one year service in a test environment;
2. Excellent written and spoken English is essential;
3. Experienced in interpretation of test specifications;
4. Experienced in using test equipment such as Thermal shock chamber, thermal cycling cabinets,salt spry cabinets, humidity chambers and vibration test equipment;
5. Experience in 5S environment, capable of maintaining good 5S standards within the test lab area;
6. Knowledge of equipment maintenance requirements and capable of carrying routine maintenance with or without the help of external support companies;
7. Able to work with design department for modification/manufacture of test rigs to suit product types;
8. Demonstrate strong analytical and fault finding skills;
9. Team player with proven experience of team work;
10. Capable of using measurement equipment such as Verniers, micrometers, etc.;
11. Capable of using MS office applications;
12. Knowledge of Labview will be a distinct advantage;
13. Knowledge of six sigma tools will be an advantage.
